I didn’t know I was pregnant with my son until I was 9 weeks but I was on medication so it never crossed my mind that I could be pregnant!

I think I may be pregnant now but I’m to scared to test.I was supposed to get my period on the third it hasn’t showed yet...my breast have been sore off and on super tired but I also have thyroid issues

So I guess I’m asking Other then the obvious pregnancy symptoms (missed period & sore breasts) how’d you know you were pregnant?
