I'm 9 weeks pregnant today and its been 2 days i'm having severe toothache , i cant sleep at night and i cant eat anything .. my dr said to take paracetamol( painkiller) but no dentist till 12 weeks the paracetamol didnt worked for me.. i'm so sad right now its hurts my whole jaw and teeths .. salt water didnt helped me and cloves are not suitable to use often in pregnancy they said what do i do 😪
