Ok, so I'm reading the package and all the little instructions and I have QUESTIONS

Since, thnx to glow, I know about when my period is supposed to start so do I try to time the sugar pills up with it or do I start from the beginning or the fuckin week day??? I'm sorry, this seems like such a dumb question or one for your mom but I dont have one to ask so glow hellpp
