Today I had extreme cramps. I was in the car and all of a sudden my whole body felt very heavy and I couldn’t breathe very well. Everything started to tingle as my cramps began. I couldn’t see and I started to black out. The pain was so bad I couldn’t handle it. I couldn’t even talk when my dad started asking what was wrong. As soon as I got home I ran out of the car and got into the shower to try and get hot water on my uterus to stop the pain, it took nearly two hours to finally get to a bearable pain level. I was in so much pain and I started to have diarrhea on top of that 🙄. Does this happen to anyone else? It happens sometimes when I get my period but today was the worse it has ever been.
