Beyond desperate

I haven't posted on here in months but I'm at a breaking point and praying for a miracle. My baby is 4.5 months old and doesn't sleep. He cries and screams all night and I don't know what to do. He got fucked up by his 4month regression and teething and he is a wreck. I have tried literally everything and nothing is working. I need something because I'm I can't do this. I hate myself so much because it's the only place I can channel all of my stress and frustrations and lack of sleep. Please please give me advice
