Trouble from daith piercing! 😖

Hope someone can help me, i got a daith piercing about 5 months ago hoping it could help with my migraines and in result i got a keloid so the earring is basically just stuck i cant even move it. Question here is does anyone have any idea of how i could get rid of the keloid? What can a try to get rid of it? Will it help if i just take off the piercing?

I would really really appreciate some help.
