So I’m about to share some personal info but I am..so uncomfortable. So I sleep without a tampon in and use just a pad. I woke up and the blood was so heavy that I went all up in my butt cheeks and dried there when I slept so when I woke up I had to shower. I noticed while washing myself that it’s raw there now... like wtf.. does this happen to anyone else? How do you prevent that if you want to sleep a long time and can’t use tampons?
