Ok ladies I hope someone can help a girl out 😂 I'm European and used to live in the US and grew up around amazing food such as Carne Asada thanks to my amazing Salvadorian friends that introduced me to this heavenly food.

I now live in Europe and dont have anyone that can explain me the way of making it? I looked it up on online obv but I somehow dont get what meat is needed. Theeeen I need the seasoning advice.

I went to a Mexican restaraunt in Germany and they had no clue what it was... ugh
