Everyone is different. 4 weeks is early to feel any symptoms. Some women don’t even get sick at all. I didn’t feel any nausea at all until 7 weeks and even then it was mild. I’m almost 14 weeks and it’s gone now. Symptoms don’t tell you much about how your pregnancy is progressing. Don’t worry unless your bleeding or cramping severely.
