Menstrual cup

Hey any tricks to inserting and wearing a menstrual cup? It's my first time and it feels like my body is trying to push it out. I've had two kids and after the first one wearing tampons is just plain painful and my kids are in parent/kid swimming lessons so I have to wear something.
