Partner not wanting to have sex

Guyssss ! Soo when me and my boyfriend got together we were having sex like every single day an he couldn’t resist me most of the time it would be More then once a day ! It’s been like 2 weeks since we’ve had sex and he hasn’t brought it up or anything ... what could this mean? I’m 12 weeks pregnant so maybe he’s getting unattracted cuz my belly’s growing ? Idk but it’s making me sketchy an making me feel gross about myself 😭 has this ever happened to anyone ??
