Faint positive?

I’ve had cramps here and there for 3 days now. They’re really quick and they come and go. I’m due for my period today. Does anyone see anything? I took clomid and letrozole this month and was monitored by my clinic. My husband and I did timed intercourse. I had a 31mm follicle on my right.
