Should I report her? She continuously, for months on end walks her dog on our floor and lets them piss and shit. There was shit left behind a few days ago and the dog barks really loud in the morning. I am getting very irritated at this point because it’s not a once in a while thing but more of an every morning thing. I really don’t want to be the annoying neighbor but I am on the verge of reporting her to management. It seems that she has no respect for other people. What’s the point of getting a dog if you’re too lazy to take the elevator down to walk it outside? Did she not know the responsibilities of having a dog?🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️
