Ttc after miscarriage

So I had a miscarriage at 7.5 weeks. My levels finally dropped to 0 in the past week or two but my husband and I are trying to have a baby again. We’ve been having a lot of unprotected sex lately I just wanted to know when it would be okay for me to start testing to see if we are pregnant again or not.
