PAPP-A Hormone low

Hi ladies, has anyone been diagnosed with low PAPP-A hormone? This got added to my notes when I did a test for something else (which was not an issue) saying its associated with small babies and I’m now getting extra scans to monitor growth. No ones seems of heard of this in my group and google always gives the worst info 😐
