Sudden Nausea/vomiting!

I'm 9dpo(could be 11-12dpo), and suddenly had the urge to vomit(and did) 20 minutes ago. The urge is lingering. I'm at work, but staying close to a trash can! Tested yesterday AM and with super concentrated PM urine. Nothing. This AM, with E@H, nothing. All my tests are 20/25ml/iu sensitivity.
