FOOD RECS?
I feel like I can't eat anything.
Carbs = Nope
Dairy = Nope
Starch = Nope
Red meat = Nope
I love pasta, bread, bagels, ice cream, sour cream, cheese, butter, oatmeal, steak, sushi, etc... but apparently due to PCOS I'm not supposed to eat any of that?!?!
I feel like all I'm "allowed" to eat is a select list of veggies and lean meats. That does not work for me.
I am so frustrated. I love exploring different cuisines and I don't want to feel limited.
Excuse me but I fucking hate this. I hate that I have PCOS. I hate that I feel trapped in my own body.
I do 20:4 intermittent fasting. While fasting I drink water and one iced black coffee with vanilla. I shouldn't be adding the vanilla but I'm giving myself one little thing. In my 4 hours of eating, I get so upset because I don't feel like anything I eat is "right" for my health.
I don't know what to do.
Help. Give recommendations please. Anything, I am desperate.
