Venting
Been walking and IF for 10 days, according to the app, I should be down 2-5 lbs but I am still the same weight. We have been eating healthier no soda, healthy snacks, reduce sugar and carbs. And nothing. Also realized that my home scale was faulty so instead of 343, I am 347.8 which fucked me emotionally because here I thought I was down 4lbs....
