Pregnancy

So all the strips I have done have come back like this , I did a clear blue which turned out to be negative and did a digital one too which turned out to be negative , I had some advice as these are so sensitive they don’t pick up until much later , I’m so confused right now I worked out that if I was I would be 4 week pregnant I am very bloated really bad headache and have sharp pains in my belly where it is stretching I feel so sick in the morning would this be normal for 4 weeks pregnant I also get a felling by my ribs like a bubble I have also attached a photo of my tests that look all the same I am going a first response tomorrow I’m just so bloated ahhh just hope it’s a baby and not a food baby 😍
