Bad period 🤕

I’ve had my period for around 2 years now. i used to have the heaviest flow known to woman and i hated it. for the past year it’s been really light and so easy that i can carry on day to day without worrying about it. but guess what, sis got her first heavy period in over a year. the cramps are so damn bad i feel like i’m dying. pray for me... it’s gonna be a long week 😭
