PP Back Ache
Do any of you have 8 Month PP lower back ache?! It started a few days into my period last week so I didn't think anything of it & just linked it to that but it seems to have just stayed 😫. Perhaps it's just my muscles & ligaments getting back together as they do say it takes the same amount of time as pregnancy for your body to repair its self as such 🤷🏻♀️?
