I found Magnesium powder before bed worked really well last pregnancy. Also lactulose is a great stool softener and is good for your gut bacteria

I have it so bad! And back pain! Two things I never had a problem with until now!

I take a probiotic along with a prenatal that has a stool softener in it. My previous pregnancy it was horrendous I was so happy once it passed literally

It’s the worst!!! I take a stool softener daily because of the hemorrhoids that came along with it last time. This pregnancy I’ll do anything I can to help it. May try a probiotic as well
