Is it safe to take antihistamines while pregnant? What alternatives would u suggest for congestion, allergies, colds?

Yes, but it made my sinuses worse. My doctor told me expectorants are safe, just make sure it doesn't have a decongestant and that cleared me right up! Mucinex DM saved me!

You cannot take cold meds. You can take a few antihistamines- Claritin & Benadryl

I heard on the weather network (Canada) today that if you take peppermint essential oil and dilute it and spray it in your face like mist and breath it in its as helpful as an antihistamine and no medication just a thought 🤷‍♀️
