My birth story

Everything started a couples of weeks before Christmas. At my appointment on Dec19 i told my doctor my blood pressure was a little higher than it usally is and i was worried about preeclampsia but they insisted it was still on the safe side and that fluid in my legs was a common pregnancy symptom. The night of the 25 i ended up goi g to the hospital because my swelling was really bad and my SO and family was very worried. They kept me lowered my blood pressure and made sure i was safe before they sent me home 2 days late and tried make plans to enduce me at 37weeks. At that time i was 33weeks. Well on January 2nd i strated having a bad headache i took some tylenol and tried taking a nap but the headache just kept getting worse i checked my blood pressure and it was 167/89. My MIL was the only one home so she rushed me to the hospital. My SO showed up after work. They told us they were keeping me because my the preeclampsia was so bad they could loose me or the baby or both. So they started everything to enduce me. My mom and my sister got called and they came over too. After they gave me medicine to prevent seizures and get blood pressure down i started feeling really hot and out of it it made me sleep almost the whole night. I even slept through some really big contractions. After a few hourse nurse came in and suggested i get the epidural soon because they didn't know how long they could wait before they decided if they had to do csection because i wasnt dilating fast enough and i was in danger and so was my baby. It was morning already my babies heart beat kept dropping and my blood pressure kept going back up my mom and my SO were loosing it at this point they came in and said in 5 minutes they were coming back for me to take me to the OR. At 11:16am i had my beutiful baby girl and i couldn't be any happier. I gotbto see her for a few seconds and then they had to put me under general anesthesia because i started gaining feeling while they where stitching me up. My baby was 4lb 3oz and measured 18in. She didnt need oxigen thank God she was very healthy she stayed in NICU for 2weeka to gain weight because after they up her feeding the laft tome she got lazy for a few days. But now i have a beautiful healthy baby girl ❤👣

And now at 4months
