Anyone else’s husband not understand this point of a maternity shoot?

I feel like he doesn’t think it’s important, same with the 4D ultrasound I’m getting tomorrow. I know we don’t NEED it but I want the memory.

I don’t think either are necessary (and 4d ultrasounds creep me out personally), but you are entitled to want what you want! I did a maternity boudoir shoot and LOVED it. It’s not for everyone, and it doesn’t have to be. I wanted to celebrate my pregnant body, remind myself I’m still sexy and do something out of the ordinary.

Lol my husband hates getting pictures done, but he cooperated and was nice about getting our maternity pics. I do want him to like doing that kind of thing, but it’s not going to happen, and he does his best to do what I want to make me happy, and that’s good enough

I mean they weren’t really a thing until recently. I didn’t get one and didn’t see the importance in them, I think it’s more of a social media influence. I have my candid photos that I love! Get them if you want but your husband kinda has a point.
