Kinda relieved kinda not

So i was taken out of work last week... Put on Zoloft... So far i have a little bit more energy but man in exhausted still... Have had a sore throat for two days as well as severe dry mouth... Anyway so had my ob appointment today.. He said when he drew blood last week one of my blood tests was off the charts... He says i have epstein barr virus.. I have googled and got myself worried.. Should i be worried??? Some sites say it can be transmitted sexually most say no.... Apparently its been in my system and this pregnancy reactivated it ??? Anyone know ???
