I need y’all help

Ok about 2 weeks ago I had sex and 2 days after I started hurting in my stomach and it hurt when I had to pee well my doctor gave me anabiotic’s and tested me for stds and uti but I didn’t have anything well I thought I was getting better but after I took all of my meds it started hurting in vag area and feel like I’m raw and it hurts me when I have to pee but it doesn’t hurt when I’m peeing if I wait to go to the bathroom it’s so bad I can’t stand it I don’t have yeast infection I’ve been treated if anyone can help me please it hurts so bad
