Tmi with pic!

So im 14weeks pp, i got the contraceptive injection done on the 8th april, im ebf, and last night i started having really bad cramps.. next thing i was pushing this thing out of me😔 it was all balled up with alot of blood inside... do we know what it could be? I stopped bleeding a week after giving birth and never had a period after! It is all joint together!
