First FET failed with a pgs tested embryo. RE suggested an ERA (biopsy of my uterine lining done with a mock transfer cycle). The results showed that I needed an additional 12 hours of progesterone. We adjust the timing of our second FET. We are currently 15w1d.

My best advice is just to meditate and be as relaxed as possible. Make sure you take care of yourself. I did acupuncture for the month leading up and who's to say if it helped my transfer, but it did help immensely with the hormone migraines I was getting. I'm now 5wks 3 days 😊 good luck!!
