Nothing but mucus

For the past week now my baby has been passing mucus during nearly every bottle. I took her to doctors a week ago as she had runny poop and mucus and they said to give her another week in her formula to see if she settles. Well it’s been a week and like I said she’s only really passing mucus now when she poops and she goes literally during every time she’s having a feed. The doctors prescribed her special formula incase she is intolerant to milk. Should I be worried she’s passing so much mucus? Her nappies mainly look like this.
