Any FTM celebrating Mother’s Day while pregnant?

My husband told me not to make plans for Sunday and my guess is he is doing something for me. Is it weird to celebrate while you are pregnant with your first?

We all have been carrying our babies & doing our best to take care of them in our wombs for 7-8 months now 😊. My boyfriend said he wanted to do something for me on Sunday. 
Even if you don’t have anyone to do something for you on Sunday.. We all deserve a little appreciation even if our babes aren’t here quite yet.. I still say

I hate it when the title of the poll and the description ask two opposing questions. Which do you want an answer to? Yes we’re doing our baby shower on Mother’s Day and no it’s not weird to celebrate. Growing a baby is hard!

It probably won’t even cross my hubby’s mind to do something for me.  His mom is on vacation on the other side of the country, so we’re not doing anything for her.  And I gave my mom her gift the last time I saw her, which was at Easter.  So I’m not expecting to celebrate anything.

My husband wanted to but I asked not to. We will celebrate Mother’s Day with my mom and still go to a nice lunch but I don’t want to get anything yet. I’m just concerned about jinxing something since so much can still go wrong. I’ll celebrate next year holding my baby 😍🥰

My fiancé originally planned to do something for me for Mother’s Day. I guess his plan was making me breakfast and spending the day with me. But... he found out yesterday that his work is doing something special for Mother’s Day and now he has to work. 
I think what upsets me most is that it’s a small town, his boss is like a friend to us, and I didn’t get an invite to the event. I’m not from this town, they haven’t been very welcoming of me. I’ll just hang out with our dog who had pups a few months ago, it’s her first Mother’s Day too😂😂😂

i wasn’t going to but my husband got me flowers for our anniversary and it says “best mom ever” and my mom got me a groupon to go get my feet massaged at a day spa lol i guess my feet really do look that swollen 😂
