Scared to Google

I'm trying not to Google so much and not that asking on here is any different really,🤷🏼‍♀️ but if someone knows what this is or can relate - lmk!!!

I have intense piercing pains on my right pelvic side, my mom has a history of Endometriosis so I've always though I have it. Lately the pains been worse and my right thigh is starting to hurt along with it. I've tracked it and it's happening about 3x or more a week, so it's not just ovulation.

Any thoughts ? 😥

I don't like seeing the search results "pelvic disease" or "cervical cancer" like c'mon, is it anything less scary?
