implantation or first period after miscarriage?

i had a miscarriage a month ago on the 10th. my partner & i started back having sex on the 22nd. i’ve been having light cramps, terrible back pain, & my boobs are KILLING me. i saw this this morning when i wiped. i’m not sure how a period is supposed to be after your first miscarriage. so could this be implantation bleeding or just my first period since the miscarriage?
