Need advice!
So i have been having alot of trouble motivating myself to work out. I have an insecurity with my stomach so i want to get that down but i have zero motivation to get myself going. I find working out with someone is good for me because i have that extra push. I have been asking my husband to help stretch me and work me out because he has been in the fitness world before so he should know how to help me. But i keep mentioning it everyday and i still get no help. I have been struggling with postpartum deprssion and just everyday life issues that has helped enhance my depression. With that being said finding motivation for myself is hard and i am also in alot of pain in my hips and lower back from gaining alot of weight during my pregnancy (3 going on 4 years ago🤦🏽♀️). I dont have friends so thats out the question and i dont have the funds for a personal trainer. How do i achive my goal and get that push i need?
