1 week late.. and many other things

I just want to give all of you some background first. I was diagnosed with a growth on my pituitary gland which causes an overproduction of prolactin which means I basicallywas lactating to a degree for over a year and was never pregnant. I was in treatment for almost two years for this and my prolactin levels were normal my estrogen levels were normal and periods were finally back and like clockwork. I had a scare earlier in this year that we were pregnant unintentionally. I now am currently one week late from starting my period. Within the last week I have started sneezing and sniffling and can't breathe out of my nose my pants don't fit anymore my water weight is ridiculous and the only other time that I have had discharge out of my breast is when I had the overproduction of prolactin. I wake up in the morning and my breasts are sore. I'm peeing all the time right now and for the past two days have been going number 2 every time I pee. But it's also not the solid kind of 2 if you know what I mean. I am having stomach cramping in my very lower abdomen almost like a poop cramp more than anything but nothing ever happens. Aunt Flo has still never come. I have tried for two days now to get my doctor to fax over blood work so I can have it done. They say they fax it and I go to have it done and no one can find it and no one can find it in my chart. What do I do at this point? I have taken 4 different tests and all have come out negative.
