Mock transfer and BC

I am on to the second phase of my IVF. We are doing FET. I am now cd4 and started taking birth control pills. On Monday, it'll be my mock transfer.

Can I ask how're your experiences on bc? I am on day 2 of my bc and I can feel my lower abdomen contracting. I don't feel good. Also, can you share your experience on mock transfer? How was it? Was it painful? Did it help you to have a succesful transfer?
