IUI + Femara + Trigger Shot - Success Rate?" /> 
I have “Unexplained Infertility”. My ovaries are normal, follicle count is average, sperm is above average. Never been pregnant. Been trying for 2 years. 
Just wanted to gain some insight in others experience with IUI. It’s going to be my first one. 
Our doctor said the risk is multiples for us. Which is a bit nervous and a whole other challenge on its own. 
Did you end up with Singleton or twins

I’m in exactly the same boat doing iui number 1 this cycle so curious about results! Been trying for over a year with one chemical only. Good luck to you!

I am in the same boat! We will be doing IUI my next cycle which is due to start Thursday (getting bfn) and trying to decide if we want to do it medicated/trigger since I ovulate every month with good follicle count etc. twins are scary but at this point we would just love to get pregnant with whatever we can!

3rd IUI was successful for us! We did femara, Gonal F, trigger and progesterone. 
We did have 6 follicles for that IUI that ranged from 16-18mm. 
I’m almost 39 weeks with a healthy baby boy!

You guys sound exactly the same as us. We are currently on 8dpo for our second IUI cycle. Both we have use Femara and progesterone, no trigger. I wish you a quick treatment and lots of baby dust!

2nd iui was a success. I got pregnant with twins. However 1 is stuck in my tube so I unfortunately have to get it removed.

I'm in the same boat. We did 2 IUIs, then decided to take a break. We're going to try again next month.

IUI #5 will be in about a week for us.  This will be my second cycle with both medications.  I had a great ovulation result last time on both.  However, I was extremely bloated... like 6 pounds heavier almost over night. It goes away after a few days but WOW were my pants tight.

Same exact story with me. Unexplained, everything is fine with both of us, and trying 2 years never with a BFP. Just had our first IUI fail with Letrozol. Hoping round 2 is our lucky one. Best of luck to you!
