Hangover tips?

I have drunk heaps in the past two days and I woke up today feeling really sick in my stomach and a massive headache. What do u do when u get a hangover

Answer

Most of the time I sleep it off. Drinking gator aid or power aid, something with extra electrolytes helps a lot more than water because you’re dehydrated. Taking pain reliever and just relaxing is really the only things to do. Make sure you eat too. When I’m hangover I have problems with not wanting to eat for some reason, and that obviously makes it worse. Also a shower helps me to feel better because I feel more clean and relaxed.
