A little advice please 🙃

So I need some advice, or thoughts, or something lol. I'm a little confused at the moment. 🙄 I usually have a regular cycle (29 to 31 days) and right now I'm on day 46. I took a test when about 4 days after af as expected, it was negative. Fast forward to yesterday afternoon and I had some bright pink spotting. Literally just when I wiped, and none sense then. I've had no cramping. Only things I've noticed (without symptom spotting) is that I sleep honestly all day long if I can and have had some lower back pain. Not sure what I should do. Take another test? Wait it out? Did I ovulate late? Helpppp! 🙃
