Aside from the fact of ending up on the sex offender registry it’s just gross. Why would anyone want to have sex in public with other children and adults around?

I feel like this is missing a lot of nuance, like, what is in public, exactly?
I think most people that like that sort of thing are not having sex literally in front of other people, especially not kids, because that would be horrible...

Depends on the public place. Some public places are made for sex. Take brothels and swingers clubs for example.
