Could this be causing damp in my house ?? Just found out my "neighbours" only use the house to grow weed in the basement! And their house is all fogged from it and my house is damp and has a musty smell could this be connected??🤔

I have a baby so want this damp to go away but I just don't get it?? Neither does landlord
