My husband and I miscarried naturally conceived twins in November after 7 months TTC. The miscarriage was traumatic for both of us; I haemorrhaged really badly, almost died and needed a number of blood transfusions after an emergency D&C.

I’m currently 6 weeks and 5 days pregnant with twins, again naturally conceived (oddly, they don’t run in my immediate family!). We had an ultrasound at 5+3 weeks where one gestational sac was irregular in shape, but had a 2mm foetal pole and yolk sac. The other gestational sac was very small, and they saw nothing inside. The clinical team said they were very concerned and were very pessimistic about the survival of both. My husband and I have spent the last 9days worried sick, but praying for the best and bracing ourselves for the worst. Our follow up appointment is tomorrow morning. I’m 37, and we don’t have any living children. I would like to request positive vibes, words of encouragement and prayers for a positive outcome please from the lovely people on Glow.
