Someone else’s mail!!!!

Ok so my husband and I have been trying for two years now to have a baby. Nothing has happened yet. Well the other day I went to check the mail. I wasn’t planning on receiving any packages bc neither of us had ordered anything. Well to my surprise. There was one in the mailbox. So We were like hmm wonder what this could be. It was my address with no name. So we hurried and got inside and opened it. To our Surprise it was a new bottle of Fertilaid aide pills. I was standing there freaking out. Thinking that someone was playing a joke on us. My husband of course was like here you go. I was like here I go what do you mean. He was like I think that you should take them. I forgot to mention that I had been looking and researching these pills a few days prior to this happening. So I’m like hold up did I purchase these on accident! lol so I went thru my paypal and bank statements. Well there wasn’t anything. So guys I didn’t order these. Neither did my husband. So my question for y’all is.... what do y’all make of this and also should I take them or not. 😬🤔🤷🏽‍♀️
