Pregnancy and weight gain

When I got pregnant, I just assumed that gaining weight was part of the deal. I didn’t get pregnant to try to lose weight. I know my body is changing and will continue to change until I have my baby and after birth. And even though I was working out before I was pregnant and am continuing my workouts now, I know the change on my body is inevitable.

If you do care that much then you have the opportunity to make better choices during your pregnancy and as well as after.

We should be blessed to be able to bring new life into this world instead of worrying about how it’s affecting our bodies (especially if we weren’t taking care of our bodies to begin with).

Pregnancy is beautiful so embrace it!
