How do i know if im having back labor?????

I am seriously having the worst back ache that started the past few hours and it is really really hurting!!! Ive had a back ache before this that came and went but this has gotten worse over the past few hrs and hasnt gone away???? Please someone help!!!

I had back labor and it was awful. It comes and goes like regular contractions. It literally felt like my hips and tailbone were breaking. Either way, I would call your doctor

Call your ob. I had serious back pains but I'm only 28 weeks and it ended up being a muscle spasm
