Anyone on the Keto diet? Any tips?

I use to work out and eat healthy then I fell off.

I’m jumping back on it and my partner wants to do the keto diet because there father is doing it and doing well.

We just started so this month is a body shift month. Just getting use to the change of diet. We are not counting just trying to start and not be overwhelmed. So we don’t want to give up.

Next month we want to start counting or trying that is but I would love some tips from someone more experienced.

Even if it’s not keto.

I will also be getting back into working out.
