Baby nails falling off!??

I really want to know what the yellow stuff on his nails are. We already asked a nurse and she said it’s nothing. I’m worried and I want more opinions. Half his nails seem to be peeling off and I’m concerned. I’m wondering if it’s a fungus or something? Does anyone know what it could be? Or if they had the same happen to their baby? Thank you 🙂 btw he’s 2 months had it since birth I thought it would have gone away by now but it’s not even progressing. it’s just his yellow nails he doesn’t have blisters in his mouth or anything.

Update 2: the doctor said it’s normal. She said it’s from being out in the world. Just like his skin gets peely so does his nails. And they are going to keep an eye on it if it doesn’t go away after a few months they will check more in depth for vitamin deficiency.
