I need some insight 💩💩

I gradually transitioned into a plant based vegan diet starting about 2 months ago (in the beginning I ate some dairy/egg products occasionally, but now I am able to go weeks without and try to avoid animal products as much as possible) and I feel amazing. I used to be gassy and bloated all the time and would be distracted in class because I would be focusing on not making my stomach make loud gurgling or gassy noises, and now I hardly ever feel that way! The one problem I have though is that my poop is like a cow patty. It is mushy and lacks shape... someone recently suggested it was a lack of fiber, and though this had crossed my mind I doubted it was true because I’m eating so many plants how could this be the case? I just logged my fiber this morning to see what was up and I’m eating an average of 50g per day. The daily recommended intake for adults is at least 25g, so how can I not be getting enough? Should I be concerned that my poop is so shapeless and kind of sloppy if everything else feels fine?? Thanks!
