IUD Removal and Unprotected Sex

Should I be worried about pregnancy? I currently have the Skyla and it has pretty much stopped my periods. I just get about a day or two of SUPER LIGHT spotting. I was supposed to have it removed at the end of the month, but I took an internship out of state and I am instead getting it out tomorrow. My partner and I had sex two nights ago and he finished inside of me. According to eve my fertile window ends today, which I know isn't super accurate. How worried should I be about my chances of getting pregnant?
