My body doubts
So I’m 16 years old I’ve been a relationship for about a year but my boy friend keeps on reminding that I have become very chunky since we first started dating! Honestly I have know convinced myself that I am fat and ugly.
I personally want to change like for myself what are some things I should do? Like what workouts and diets should I try?
I know I’m only 16 and my body is changing but compared to last year I am less toned and more fuller, which makes me really depressed because I feel gross like this :(
I just want to do become toned and a bit smaller in the waist and tummy, please give me some advice and tips! I really need it
